About Nina

Nina Nolte, born in El Salvador, daughter of German parents, has been represented in galleries and art fairs worldwide since 1991.

2022 Gallery Reitz could win Nina Nolte for exhibiting again: eleven artworks of her collections are shown in Cologne and Zurich on the exhibition WASSERWELTEN.

2019 Solo show STRONG WOMEN as part of the first female AMG Tour and “She´s Mercedes” at Mercedes-Benz in Hanover. Concentrated women power!

2018 Participation in the exhibition STRONG WOMEN in MAC Museum in Singen/ Germany. The exhibition banner showed her artwork as well as the one of the exhibition POPSOMMER  in 2017, where her Limited Edition rubbed shoulders with other limited works by world-famous Pop Art artists: Roy Lichtenstein, Jeff Koons, Niki de Saint Phalle, Takashi Murakami, Christo and Mel Ramos. Both exhibitions were curated by Gallery Wild, Zurich.

2018 Choosen by the Yekaterinburg comitee for the WORLD EXPO 2025 to create the body-sized German Matryoshka FRAU LOTTE, exhibited with the nineteen other ones at the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in Paris.

2017 Nominated for the Worpswede Art Prize

2012 Sholarships for Paris and Harlösa/Sweden

From 1999 until 2005 she participated, as an in El Salvador born artist, in the annual collective exhibition “Muestra de Pintura y Escultura Latinoamericana”. The exhibition took place in Galería Espacio in San Salvador and is so popular that Latin American museums, the auction house CHRISTIES in Miami and well-known daily newspapers would sent their representatives.

Nina Nolte is a member of Rainforest Art Foundation, Europe.
