ABOUT THE ARTWORK
In the evocative artwork AFTER YOUVE GONE, Nina Nolte transports us to a sun-drenched locale. A graceful lady with dark, shoulder-length hair graces the left side of the composition. She dons a large red hat with a soft olive-green lining and black sunglasses, perfectly complementing her elegant grey sleeveless dress. Lost in contemplation, she appears on the verge of taking a puff from her cigarette. Adjacent to her, the scene is anchored by a prominent orange Hermès bag, signaling a brief respite from a shopping excursion. The lady’s Cartier timepiece and gleaming white stud earrings add to her refined allure. In the background, against a beige building, three palm tree trunks evoke the unmistakable ambiance of a Southern destination.
This original artwork, which belongs to her series THE BEST IS YET TO COM, was crafted in 2013 with acrylic paint, color pencils, and pastel on canvas, measures 110 x 160 cm. It has graced exhibitions in prestigious venues such as Galerie Friedmann-Hahn in Berlin, Kunstverein Aschaffenburg for the STARKE FRAUEN exhibit, and ART Karlsruhe 2014 with Galerie Angelika Bläser in Dusseldorf. Currently, it resides in a private collection.

THE OPTIMAL SIZE FOR YOUR ARTWORK
For ideal artwork sizing, aim for it to occupy 4/7 to 3/4 of the available wall space. Simply measure your space in centimeters or inches, then multiply by 0.6 to 0.75. For example, with 270 cm (105”) of space, an artwork with a width of 160 cm (63”) would be an ideal fit.
We offer three standard sizes: Small, Medium, and Large, with personalized sizes available upon request. Contact us for more information.”
