1. Customized Artworks
All artworks available on www.ninanolte.com are custom-made and prepared for each individual order. Due to the personalized nature of our artworks, we regret to inform you that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for customized artworks.
2. Color Variations
Colors displayed on a computer screen may appear different than in printed material. This is because computer monitors generate colors using light (RGB), whereas in printing, colors are produced by the combination of inks or colors on paper (CMYK).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help resolve the issue. Please contact our customer service team at info@ninanolte.com within 7 days of receiving your order. To expedite the process, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
If the damage or defect is verified by our team, we will offer one of the following options:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
As our artworks are custom-made for each order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we initiate the production process, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
